At KTAC Insurance Agency, we provide you with first rate customer service and support throughout your claim process.

  • Submit your claim online or by contacting one of our friendly claim representatives by calling 1-800-348-5802 option 1, within the 60 day reporting period. We will ask you some questions and begin resolving your claim immediately.

  • We can help you arrange repairs for your equipment with one of our trusted Kubota-authorized dealers.

  • After the claim is filed, an OIC adjuster will be assigned to the claim and will be able to finalize the settlement and get you on with your life.


Before You Call

Have your account number available.  If you are still financing this will be your account number or certificate number.  If not, this is the EPD# located on your policy.  If you do not have this, a claim representative will be able to help you find this information.

Be prepared to answer the following questions:

  1. When did the damages happen?
  2. What equipment was damaged?
  3. What happened?
  4. How can you be reached?  Please provide us with a phone number so our claim adjuster can reach you. 
  5. With which dealer will you be completing the estimate and/or repairs? (Find one here)

If the equipment has been stolen, vandalized, or damaged by fire, a police/fire report is required
